5. Removal of Access

6. Instalment Payments
If you purchased the program using an instalment payment option, the 14-day refund period applies from the date of your initial payment. If a refund is approved within the 14-day window, any future scheduled instalments will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be refunded in full.
7. Australian Consumer Law
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the program has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
